I called Shannon Heating & Cooling on Saturday of Memorial weekend not expecting a real person to answer, but to leave a message hoping to request service for Tuesday when they opened. My furnace was not working. To my surprise, the phone was answered by a real person and I believe it was the owner! I explained the problem and he told me a technician would call me shortly. 90 minutes later the tech and called me, been here and had the furnace working. In a time when customer service is almost nonexistent, I cannot express my amazement at how this company operates and takes care of their customers. Very rare!! I am so appreciative. Wonderful people to deal with!! Thank you!! I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs!

On Sunday 2/14/21 in the early morning hours when temps were well into the negatives and we were getting half a foot of snow our furnace died. We called, they came out to our rural home quickly, and assessed the situation. Monday morning they went to Springfield to get a new furnace for us while other members of their crew removed our old one. By 430 in the afternoon Monday we had heat again. They were all professional, knowledgeable, and exceptional. We couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend this company for coming to our rescue and not charging an arm and a leg for it!
