Woke up to no hot water, on a Sunday! They quickly answered our after business hours call, and sent someone immediately over to check it out. After finding it needed replaced they went directly to their shop to see if they had one in stock. Thankfully, they did and came right back over and installed it! Top notch service, company and family!! We were very grateful to them!
Have had the privilege of having them install a system in our home and in our Church. The work has always been correctly installed and working perfectly. At the Church there was a factory default in one of the systems, they promptly came out and fixed it and went ahead and replace the parts in the other three systems. Dealing with Shannon’s heating and cooling staff has always been a great experience. Their installers are hard working and honest men.

We called Shannon’s H&C for a service call after our electricity had gone off for three hours and the heater started flashing a code. They sent a service rep out immediately, and had our unit up and running in short order! Unbelievably good and professional service is only one of the many great reasons we love our heating and cooling company!

They have helped me build two homes and taken fantastic care of us for past 9 years (routine & emergency calls). Heat pumps, geo thermal, radiant tubes in floor, etc – if you can think of it, they will professionally design and install it!
