We have worked with Shannon Heating and Cooling for many years. They have always responded to our needs in a timely fashion and have strived to remedy whatever problem we have. We have had a couple occasions when we have had an emergency situation and they have responded immediately to our call and fixed the problem. We appreciate Bob and his staff and all that they do for us as a business but also for all they do for our community.
